1. Services Provided

UdaanByte provides offline Indian MSMEs with an integrated customer review generation and local digital presence ecosystem:

Physical Counter Hardware: Custom-branded A6 Acrylic Counter Standees embedded with an NTAG213 NFC microchip and dynamic high-contrast laser QR code.
ReviewGen Engine v5.0: Mobile web application accessible without app installs, featuring anti-hallucination prompt generation, 1-tap multilingual support (English, Hindi, Marathi, Hinglish), and 1-tap Google Maps review posting.
Negative Review Firewall: Algorithmic triage routing ratings of 1 to 3 stars to merchant private WhatsApp resolution desks while directing 4 and 5-star ratings to public Google Maps profiles.
PinPoint Local Maps: Google Business Profile verification assistance, 15 HDR geotagged photos, and multi-directory catalog sync.
Merchant Dashboard: Real-time tap telemetry, star distributions, and artwork generation accessible via udaanbyte.com/db/shop_login.html.

We believe in proving measurable value at your billing counter before your monthly subscription begins:

Growth Plan Exclusive 7-Day Free Pilot: The 7-Day Free Pilot is available exclusively on the 🚀 Growth Plan (₹299/month or ₹2,499/year).
Pilot Onboarding: UdaanByte configures your custom digital shop portal (/shop/{slug}), activates your Negative Review Firewall, and sets up your counter standee at your physical location.
Measurable Growth Benchmark: Experience full Growth tier features for 7 days. If you decide not to continue after the 7-day pilot period, your subscription is not billed and your digital portal is cleanly deactivated.

Guidelines regarding physical counter hardware and setup supplied by UdaanByte:

One-Time Standee Installation Fee: Physical A6 Laser-Cut Acrylic NFC + QR Standee setup and on-counter installation carries a one-time fee of ₹499.
Active Subscription License: Across all active plans (🌱 Starter, 🚀 Growth, or ⭐ Pro), the digital review portal and dynamic QR/NFC routing remain active for continuous commercial use at your store.
Hardware Care: The merchant agrees to display the standee at an unobstructed customer checkout location and exercise reasonable care to prevent deliberate damage to the internal NTAG215 NFC antenna.
Replacement Policy: In the event of accidental chip failure or physical wear, UdaanByte provides replacement standee hardware at nominal manufacturing cost (₹149), or free on Annual Pro plans.

UdaanByte strictly complies with Google Business Profile Community Guidelines and Indian Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules:

Authentic Walk-in Reviews Only: UdaanByte never sells fake, bot-generated, or incentivized bulk reviews. Every review is initiated by a genuine customer physically present at your counter.
Customer Autonomy: The customer maintains final editorial control over the text and must personally confirm and submit their review through their own Google account.
No Account Password Access: UdaanByte never asks for customer Google credentials, passwords, or SMS verification codes.

⭐ Pro Plan: ₹549/month or ₹4,999/year (Saves ₹1,589/year).
Standee Installation (One-Time): ₹499.
Cancel Anytime No Lock-in Contracts: You may cancel or switch your subscription plan at any time with a 1-click notice via WhatsApp or through your Shop Dashboard (udaanbyte.com/shop_dashboard). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle.
Refund Policy: Monthly subscription charges are non-refundable once the billing cycle commences. Annual plans cancelled within 7 days of initial billing are eligible for a prorated refund minus hardware installation costs.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

UdaanByte is not responsible for algorithmic ranking updates, algorithmic review filtering by Google LLC, or account suspensions resulting from merchant violations of Google policies outside our service.
Total cumulative liability arising out of any claim under this agreement is limited strictly to the total subscription fees paid by the merchant to UdaanByte in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution: These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Navi Mumbai / Thane, Maharashtra.
